Great match up and I agree with your analysis. I would add Erroll is defensively responsible and his mastery of the fundamentals like that excellent jab, his positioning , the debilitating body shots, volume and skills means Crawford who is an excellent athlete himself has a lot to deal with on the 29th.
No doubt. This is the type of fight that even when you are rooting for one guy like I am which is Spence , you just cannot help but admire the opponent and realise he could win as well. That’s just the reality.
only thing that could make this fight a little better is if these guys didn't seem to like each other so much but still i'm gonna let myself get excited for this one even if it means possibly being disappointed. i've like crawford to win this for years and i'm sticking with that but i could see absolutely anything happening
I like that they are respectful and not pretending to hate each other. I don't need the theatrics in the promotion - just stay healthy and make weight! Neither is a dynamic personality and you can see why it was so difficult to get this fight made, but I'm happy they finally did it.
Man I wish every boxing fan thought like this To me, it is far worse to see guys act like they despise each other and then act like best friends at the end. It's fake and makes you feel like you got swindled. I love Crawford and Spence's personalities. They go back and forth with jabs at each other. Like in the All Access episode when Bomac was like "GIT YER HOT SAUCE" and Errol leans over to Terrence and says "You don't even like hot sauce" and in the next scene Terrence is tryna figure out how Errol knew that. I thought it was hilarious.
Couldn't disagree more. They come off as secure in their own abilities and in the knowledge that the fight will sell. It's refreshing not to have to hear the usual trash talk and fake disrespect that lesser lights rely on to sell PPVs.
Looking forward to this. Glad to see that there's no trash talk or deep animosity towards each other, nothing but respect. May the best man win.
I found it comical that bud said "what's going on?" To Spence camp, and they said "what's up?" Back at em. Tc was all worked up lol saying "I asked what's going on!?" Man, emotional dude
Dang thanks for posting! Watching this made me even more excited than I already am! 50/50 fight IMO but I’ve been a huge Spence fan for years and I’m not going to leave him now. I’m obviously biased but I think both guys know they are in the fight of their lives. Anything is possible here IMO. My prediction Spence late stoppage in a war.
