No, he definitely doesn't walk through him. A difficult fight for both guys.

I happen to think Ward would emerge victorious, but it would have be more difficult than any fight Ward has had to date since the Super 6.

I would think 2 handed Kessler would have been a tougher fight than calzaghe.

Just for the record I'm not a fan of either one. Having written that, I believe Joe takes a decision.

Guess you missed my posts in all the Tua threads? :patsch

Seriously though, why are you so obsessed with this idea that some boxing fans only think highly of certain fighters because they are black? So bizarre.

no, he'd be a tough fight not much different from kessler in terms of toughness. calzaghe was world class opposition on the same level as reid, another tough battle for ward hypo.

but different in terms of how it plays out. ward may floor calzaghe early. joe would rally. calzaghe wont hurt ward but provide a puzzle in terms of output that reid matched with using superior boxing skills - ward does that even better. Ward would ned to do a lot of chasing, with joe able to fight off the backfoot, moving back, it would need a 100% effort from ward to take a UD or MD.

Nah, more like wins an ugly 8-4 type decision.

He’d win 8-4 doing a better version of what Hopkins did.

Tough call. Joe has as good a chance as Andre.

    No.

Calzaghe most likely wins by decision, with a couple of points margin. Possibly some mild controversy after Ward is docked a point for butting, low blows or whatnot - but no real complaints since there would be a couple point margin.

at LHW, Ward would knock him down a few times, Joes chin was much weaker at LHW.
