i fought in one of these once. he hit me with a left hook to the jaw (he was an experienced pro and it was my first ever fight), and I was dazed, but I tackled him and stomped on his testacles. I then reached over the ropes while he was in pain, and got a flick knife off my friend and stabbed him in the liver two times or something. he nailed me with some knees out of desperation, but I football kicked his head until he was out. I took a beautiful fighting machine and left it in ruins. Was a great experience though and would really recomend it. one of the most rewarding nights of my life.
Just wondering, when your coach told you you'd be fighting "All-Comers" and you thought "All-Comers, wtf?!" Why did you not ask him there and then what he meant?
when he first told me all-comers, i didnt think "wtf?" i thought when everybody's reply's on here started coming
You could have a lot more than 2 fights by the time Golden Gloves starts if you want to in a place like Houston.
Dude, it's the amateurs. For the first ten fights you'll be fighting 3x2. It's not really that physically painful outside of the first 2 or 3 fights. Once your body is used to it you're fine, you can easily fight 2 or 3 times a month.
e golden g idk, maybe not a tournament, but a few fights for sure, idk how that works, am i gonna be at some venue or something?????
