Povetkin writes in his personal website that his next fight will be against Wlad, but I don't think that early (20 June). But it says that it will happen in 2009!

    Word from Povetkin's management:

"We received Wladimir's offer to fight and we're taking one day to consider matters. We are expecting their official challenge at the moment. I think we'll give a definite answer by the end of the day. I would like to remind everyone that Alex Povetkin has a priority on Wlad's list because of his mandatory status. Povetkin is already through with his physical training, and we're bringing it Ray Austin, Michael Grant and other tall boxers to start the sparring sessions with Alex immediately".

No need to have the fight then is there?

    Why bother.

Everybody knew Lewis was going to knock Rahman cold in the first fight too.

Ask Rahman or the other guys that didn't get paid 6 times in a row if it's worth discussing or not.

I thought it was 11 times, thesandman. ;)

Seriously, you miss the point that Vitali was the champion. Haye is not the cahmpion. No one cares about his sore back.

    What's sarcastic about it?

Mighty Minto KO1 both Klitschko sisters, and Haye in the same night.
