Arum has been constantly violating a gag order only he said existed. Arum says Mayweather won't sign a contract he doesn't even know if Mayweather saw. Arum is now matching the "best P4P fighter" with a cheat who got KTFO or a guy who has been KTFO or beat up in in 3 of his last 5 outings instead of fighting the good fighters.

there's arguments on both sides but mayweather has earned a reputation of...selective matchmaking. if he wants this fight, great. but he has an uphill battle if he expects people to believe he wants at actual challenge. same as roy jones had, he made it look so easy that his reputation suffered. now, he isn't fighting the rare handful of fighters that might take him to the limit.
