of Khan when the Peterson fight fell through. Vasquez is a quality fighter who only losses are to Alvarez(2) and Bradley. He is skilled but had no pop at lightweight and was hoping to move up to 140 and wanted to fight Khan. Khan could have won easily and had dibs at a Floyd shot. His decision making leaves much to be desired.
