That fraud hasn't a chance in the world in a rematch, Pavlik already has his flawed set up figured out and he'll starch him even earlier now, judging by Taylor's weak mentality, I'd bet he's even emotionally damaged and will be worse off in the ring.

It amazes me that people still see ANYTHING of regard in Jermain Taylor.

You figure getting starched by nothing more than a B level fighter in Pavlik would bring out a universally leveled view on him, but it doesn't at all.

I'm not buying that PPV, because I already know the result.:smoke

B level fighter? He is the undefeated champion of the middleweight division and has been impressive in his last 3 fights. We still don't know how good Kelly Pavlik is...

You don't know how good he is maybe, but I certainly do. I know that he'd get brutally annihilated if he stepped in with the majority of the top 10 at SMW, the majority of the top 10 at SMW are just B and B+ guys.

Pavlik is a B level fighter, as is Taylor. He is the champion because Taylor was a terrible champion and the MW division is extremely shallow, despite historically being an important division.

And by the way, I don't consider nearly getting KTFO by an overrated, light hitter like Taylor, only to then buckle down and wear him down to be an overly impressive win.

All of my favourite's have flaws mate, just not crippling flaws like these guys have when it comes to elite level practice.

It personally annoys me when these flawed examples are more celebrated than fighters 2 and 3 times their level in ability and skill, that's just ridiculous when you think about it.

Come on now, let's be real, he made a foolish mistake and he learned from it.

Not most MW fighters can just sit there and let JT land flush power shots at will and stay standing. It's not that JT has amazing KO power, certainly the opposite, but giving a free combination to the head with your hands down... it isn't surprising to see him go down. It's not as if he didn't get back up to win. Getting knocked down and getting up to KO your opponent is typically thought of as a good thing. Sure getting knocked down was bad, but every fighter goes through it eventually. He got up and KOd his opponent.

Also, if you haven't noticed, Pavlik's last 3 opponents were never previously KOed until they met Pavlik. I'm not saying Pavlik is one of the most destructive MWs ever, I'm saying we can't be sure one way or the other. He has an impressive KO ratio and he is KOing guys that haven't been KOed.

I think most people agree that the jury is still out on Pavlik.

Also, despite the fact that his next fight is at 166, Pavlik has fought his pro career so far at MW. It is an injustice to any fighter to claim they are only a B level fighter because fighters in a higher weight division would beat them. Oscar De La Hoya isnt a B level fighter because middleweights can beat him. Floyd Mayweather isn't a B level fighter because Super Welterweights can beat him.

Tito cannot simply keep it up at above average pace - you can't expect a natural 154, 160 pound fighter to be 2 1/2 years out of the system, comeback at 170 and impose his physical punching style on Roy who has proved to be able to go the full 12 rounds with Prince Badi Ajamu and previously unbeaten Anthony Hanshaw and beat em ( by scores such as 117-110, 118-109)... Anybody who saw what happened with Winky Wright, can't possibly believe it is not going to happen with Roy Jones. Don is screwing Tito once again.
