I don't understand it. After his fight against yet another bum, HBO gave him the perfect opportunity to call out his next opponent. It was the perfect moment. You remember when Hatton called out & threw a insult at Mayweather after the Castillo fight? This was Berdo's perfect opportunity, one of the few he has since he fights about twice a year, to call out & disrespect a top guy live on television. What does he do? Absolutely nothing. All of a sudden he's disrespecting Mosley on twitter & saying he should fight Pacquaio. Berdo does not have the name Mosley has to the casual fans, so a guy like him has to create a buzz. That was the perfect opportunity & he blew it. Now the shittalking he is doing only reaches the hardcore fans:lol:

No doubt, but he should have called him out on national television to get a buzz. He didnt step up, he fell back

that ain't calling anybody out. He should of said Pacquaio's name only, & disrespected him live on television. He seemed very indecisive in that interview. Judging from his personality im not even sure i want to see Berdo in that fight. I have a feeling he would shell up

Maybe Pac isn't the only one he wants to fight? Why does he have to disrespect him on live tv to call him out for a match? He said Pac needs to fight a younger fresher fighter with speed, that **** is true. You can't get upset because he didn't do it the way you wanted him to. Berto is damned if he does, damned if he doesn't... People want him to take on the top competition, and when he says Pac should fight him it's a problem because you think he didn't call him out the right way?? :huh

Berto didn't specifically call out Pac, say the way JMM did, but he still implied that he'd be willing to face him along with any of the 'names' of the division.

BTW, calling Pac out prolly wouldn't have changed a thing. JMM made T-shirts and essentially is begging for a third fight and we all can see where that's getting him.

Berto vs. Pacquiao = much better entertainment and legacy wise, than Mosley vs. Pacquiao

I suppose since it is much more dangerous too, that is why we won't see it.

Well if he would have disrespected him they would have just said he is a loud mouth nobody. I do agree he should have talked **** like James Toney or Tyson but maybe its not his character to do that. I would have said something about Manny cheating on his wife or some **** and how I would help her out if she is looking for some payback. LOL!

not every one has that mentality but the ones that do it works for them because no one can deni and say that after b-hops pumped shane up and made him get out of his comfort it made everyone want to see that fight so in that aspect it got shane the may fight which in turn got him the pac fight, mind you shane begged for them fights doing the nice guy for 2 years and it did not work

Hopkins knows the game. Some of these guys need to hire him to act as thier mouthpiece in a Bobby Heanan type of role

Berto should have cracked a few "Yo mama jokes" towards Pacquiao and the fight would have been made.

Yo mama’s so short she can play handball on the curb.
Yo mama’s so short she poses for trophies.
Yo mama’s so short You could see her feet on her driver’s license.

Seriously though, nothing Berto could have said would have gotten him the fight, because Arum moves by a different drum.

Well that is true, it is funny how the best fighter in the world still has a boss and for those of us who would beg to differ when was the last time a fighter that Arum said was next in line to fight Manny was not the person he ended up fighting regardless if he wanted to or not I fully Believe that Manny is willing to do the full random test to fight floyd but he has the Canadian and the American that will make his decision for him watch ep1 margs pac knocz stated that MANNY AGREED TO IT BUT HE (knocz) WANTED THE SEVEN DAYS so when the contract goes bac with it in it no fight
