Coming off a loss means you lost your last fight.

Coming off a recent loss means you lost your last fight, and it was recent.

Coming off a loss or a recent loss does NOT mean you lost a fight the one before last, or two or three fights ago.

Morales fits, Barrera fits, but the others dont.

You guys need to cut people some slack. It's not a horrible observation, it's just some facts to be pondered, and rightfully so. Not to take anything away from Pac, but he certainly has never faced anyone as skilled as Mayweather. However, they were all good oppopnents, except maybe DLH at 147 (I can't believe he took that fight). Elite fighters get beat by other elite fighters. The PBF - PAC fight will tell us alot.

Based on this, Manny doesn't deserve the fight with Mayweather who is the CashCow.

Everyone of Pac's opponents has been a calculated move. Aside Marquez and Barrera fights OVER 5 years ago, every fight was handpicked because these fighters were past their best.

Like, I said before. Pac is a great fighter who is very fortunate to have been born in boxing's weakest era. :good

That might be true but the fact of the matter is that other than Marquez he has dealt with them very well. He has to be applauded. Has he got his flaws as a fighter yes he does but he is the most exciting fighter out there today and is a much improved one to. Yes he will lose decisively to PBF but that is hardly a disgrace.

PowerPuncher is right! Floyd came from a devastating loss in 1996 and still beat Marquez, now that's a champion! xD
