"Brother Naazim Richardson had nothing but praise for Pacquiao, stating, "All of these guys underestimate Pacquiao thinking he's the small man. When I met Pacquiao, I wasn't saying how does this guy make welterweight? I was saying how in the hell was he making 130 and 135?"

Mosley vs Pacquiao would be a great fight and a real chess match with alot of action too. I think Pacquiao's youth and superior footwork would win him a UD but I definately consider Mosley as live a dog as there ever has been.

You're pretty confident on PAC's chances against Mosley... How much more if PAC's opponent is Cotto? or Floyd?

True, oh so true. I guess when they look @ how small Pac is, it's easy for them to under estimate him. They know about his speed but they still overlook his power, w/ the exception of Morales on their first fight and JMM on both their fights.

Yes, Pac is very small, which is one good reason he is so underrated.

he started his career at 108 or somthing like that. Plus, not too long ago he was still fighting at 130 (JMM 2). His trilogy with EM is like 122 if i'm not mistaken, which is also not long ago (he's old enough then to have his frame at it's peak). So saying he's a natural 130 is already being generous, his fights above 130 is just forcing it for the money - they are risky to his career.

Pac was at 108 when he was an adolescent starving in the Philippines. On fight night, he and Hatton looked to be about the same size. It's pretty obvious that Pacquiao is at his best when he doesn't have to worry about cutting weight. When he focuses on form and strategy, he has looked unstoppable.

He'd be forcing anything BELOW 135 or 140.

Theres a good reason that Pac didnt want a bar of Mosely,
its because Shane is a powerful man, he bullied Margo - who
    was considered a powerful Welter.

Pacs best attributes in my eyes are his speed and power, just
look at how he demolished Hatton, but Shanes probably quicker
than Pac and he is definately stronger, on top of this, he has a
good chin and can brawl, he is an ATG - something which Hatton
    was far from I believe.

Cotto Vs Pac will be a good match up, I think Pac might be a little
too quick on his feet though, its going to be interesting to see
where Freddie thinks he has found a weakness cotto - who is
thought to have a rather weak defense..
I think Cotto has a decent chin though, its hard to gauge on his
fight with Margo - how good his chin is, because we dont know what
Margo was packing, either way though, Cotto took some nice shots..

pac is bigger then you think, he got kind of a wide body for his height. his frame allowed him to make the sucession to the higher wieght classes

You didn't get the message. He wasn't saying Pacquiao is small. He was saying Pacquiao is bigger than what most people think. He was SURPRISE Pacquiao was able to go down to 135lbs.
