You guys already know that Camacho is my favorite fighter, but I do like PBF's skills. Prime for Prime, who actually would win? This would have been a superfight. PBF would have studied every Camacho fight and moves. With that said, PBF would have a great game plan to fight Camacho. I believe these guys would posslby get into a trilogy. Camacho winning the fight at a very close split decision. PBF would come back and win a UD and the third fight......Hopefully a draw. I would think this would be a great and entertaining fight.

Not touching this fight with a 10 foot poll.

Only thing I am sure on is that as fast as Mayweather was at 130, Camacho was faster. But Mayweather is still the more technically gifted fighter.

    Very interesting fight:think

Camacho didn't do much at 130, make it 135-140 and I give Camacho a decent chance.

Definitely would be one of PBF's toughest fights!

This already been HASHED and MASHED:lol:

Yet, Ill add something new. Last time I took Floyd. Which somewhat understandably upset some of the posters whom I respect and tend to agree with most of the time.

They brought up real logic of speed, defense, bravado, and confidence that the 130 Camacho had. It was UNDOUBTEDLY the best of camacho.

Similarly the supposed best of Floyd is also at 130 which makes this question a perfectly reasonable and logical question.

I still take Floyd:-( :-( :-( Whats new is I'll try and expand just a bit:D
I very easliy see a 4 or 5-1 lead on the cards for Camacho through 5 or 6 rounds for all the reasons above. HC would get to Floyd and avoid Floyd much like Judah did ONLY BETTER:good

Around that point? I see HC getting COCKY and COCKY is Floyds game.
Camacho will get countered with very good right hand shots during the mid rounds which will CHANGE THE COURSE OF THE FIGHT entirely:-( :-(
Hector will realize he's hurt and can be HURT. Over the last half? we see a morphisis into the Camacho that fought Trinidad. Just like when DLH ran from Tito the last 4 5 rounds.

In the end? I see a close PBF Decision. One which will be heartbreaking because of what Camacho accomplished, but accepted because of what it turned into.

Sorry fellas!! Maybe I always hated Camacho, well yes I always hated camacho. maybe that influences me? But while i challenge Floyd? I see more in him than I did Camacho EVER:roll:

Very good post. I don't know, Camacho I believe was much faster with his hand speed and foot speed. As you say PBF would change up to his plan B, well, Camacho would do the same and work that famous uppercut he employs. Camacho believing he was invincible at 130 would edge PBF by one to two points. A very, very close fight. It is a shame due to hearing Camacho use to fight at even a lighter weight. Yes, PBF is a very intelligent fighter, but he has never seen a fighter with this kind of speed and accuracy. Camacho also had power, but utilized his speed and movement.

SpitBucket, this where he was great. He did not last long at this weight, but I have heard that he is even in the genious worlds record for his speed. Check out his fights at 130 and believe me, you will be amazed.

I think Camacho's lack of power, size, and real fortitude would cost him. PBF would land a series of right hands that wouold change the fight.
    Then Camacho turns track star.

Mayweather would beat Camacho at any weight.

    Period.
