Was my thinking too. He's actually one year younger than me, and should have had the grace to let himself go after being in superb condition throughout his boxing career. But no, he looks even more fit if anything. And here I am, a max 70 kg guy in fighting shape trying desparetly and in vain to get below 80. So he can **** right the **** off.
Look he modified his style to maximize his talents and minimize his weaknesses .. he took less risks and was more effective but also often dull .. the most dominant fighter in history , not by a long shot but a very solid champion ..
Incredible interview with one of the greatest of all time. He is in tremendous shape still. He should fight again.
He's 45yo, has had 69 fights, is worth about 60-90mil and appears to have retained his faculties at this point. I think he should enjoy his retirement after his solid service to boxing.
I liked Wlad. I was in awe when I first saw him I wanted to see him pick his teeth with peoples bones and drink from skulls he looked like an absolute unit. I will not be disappointed to tell my kids he was MY childhood HW champion that’s for sure but if only he had his brothers chin and a bit of tenacity....
His arms look disproportionate, certainly compared to his neck, unlike most all boxers...which is fine-but I am only impressed if he got there without any PEDs.

What makes it more amusing is he isn’t just talking about heavyweight from what I can deduce. He has a healthy ego for a champion but he isn’t at all.
