Armstrong, McCoullogh, a young Ali... too many boxers had truly excellent stamina to really make a definitive list. A lot of guys could go a hard 15.

Ali doesn't belong there, most of all in a P4P sense.

Anyway, Zack Padilla and Harry Greb deserve mention.

Ben Tackie helped break a punch stat record or two as well.

Ali could bounce up and down on his toes for 15 rounds when he was younger. He belongs there. Endurance is more than windmilling.

Holy was doing that in his 40's..I see your point but fact is Ali rarely went the 15 in his prime and usually could afford to be conservative when he did, usually because he was so much better than the guys he was fighting.
He wasnt an overly hardworking fighter..it wasnt his style..He certainly didnt mind having a rest on the ropes or tying up when it was needed.

He looked fairly puffed at times when he was pushed hard against Frazier in their first fight.

He let Chuvalo take some rounds off him later in their fight..seemed content to go through the motions.

Id have him way up there in terms of stamina and endurance aswell but his ability to be so potent later on also had a lot to do with him shutting down his opponants offence to allow him to dictate the pace.
So I sort of have a opinion in between both of yous.

I dont want to really rap this guy as i dont like him, but Jeff Fenech was relentless for 12 rounds in his prime. And he had bad breathing problems since a young age.

Alot of the time it's about how well a fighter conserves his energy. Someone like Hopkins of Eubank could go 12 rounds easily cos they knew how to take breaks during the action. Whereas a fighter like Duran or in modern times Calzaghe could go like the clappers for the full duration and still seem fairly fresh at the end.
Loads of fighters have great endurance, it's what training does for you.
