Marcianos stamina was ridiculous.....he maintained his power from beginning to end and seemed to get stronger aas the fights progressed

Mayweathers stamina is excellent when you consider his training but i think his style of fighting also helps in that he rarely gets hit clean, only throws 35-40 punches per round and is very relaxed look at James Toney he hardly ever bothers to get in shape yet can go 12 rounds quite easily.

P4P best stamina in my eyes is former Heavyweight Ike "The President" Ibeabuchi. Broke the heavyweight punch stats and threw everything with nothing but the most hurtful of intentions.

A welter would be happy with a punch output like his fight with Tua, but for a heavy weight it was simply astonishing

Endurance and stamina are totally different things.

On film I'd go for Armstrong in terms of stamina with Calzaghe getting a mention in the 12 round era.

In terms of endurance, i'll go for Frazier on film with Rafael Marquez getting a mention in the 12 round era.

Margarito......he has the record for throwing the most punches in a fight since the intro of Compubox I believe.

We can't really include fighters who didn't fight 15 rounds, as we don't really know how they would cope with the burn of the championship rounds. My vote for this would go to Pryor or Duran.

I was going to say Duran myself but Pryor was a beast as well...never seemed to run out of steam in the days of 15 rounds. Great post!:good
