I am interested to know who people think had the worst chin of all time (recent) in British boxing .

I have a vote between the following, but if you have others please name them.

    Enzo Maccarinelli
    David Price
    Audley Harrison

All have a number of early KO losses on their records, were very talented and once hyped as a future world champion. None of them "made it" other than Enzo with his WBO title, partly because when their opponents improved and started punching back they couldnt handle it.

    Thoughts please, and reasons.

If you have another nomination then please let me know

Does Khan deserve to be on the list?

He has, to be fair, fought better opposition in his division than both Audley and Price did / have in theirs.

Khan would be an obvious one. But he fought World Class operators, and only got chinned half the time through his own stupidity of wanting a tear up.

Probably Price for me. Think my mother would have a punchers chance if she shared a ring with him.

    Brook has glass eyes.

    AJ has glass temples.

Was Breidis Prescott a world class operator? He literally chinned Khan then lost against every single decent fighter he faced afterwards including the likes of Paul McCloskey and Kevin Mitchell. Neither of which I would call world class by belts.

I have added Khan to the list. Good shout by the way

Before my time mate. He fought from 82 to 93, and I only started watching boxing from 18th November 1990 when Eubank stopped Nigel Benn.

I would not call it recent history as he last fought 27 years ago. Looking at his record it does point to chin issues though LOL

I think Enzo Mac only started getting bad, when he stopped boxing and just brawling with guys who could punch.

Early on it was more a case of being lax with defense then poor chin, but the brutal knockouts didn't help his cause.

Price is up there no doubt.

It's the modern era certainly, Christie.

A historic era would be the days of the great Owen Moran, who puts these spoiled brats today to shame.

For me, it’s mr Khan. Got to a stage where he couldn’t even take a punch in his groin protection.

Prescott aside Khan was just stopped by World Level operators in big fights, one of those being against someone about 2 stone heavier than him on the night and clearly on PEDS. As Double J said, the stoppages were mainly from wanting a tear up when he shouldn't have, I can't label someone as brave as Khan was, sometimes naive too, for being chinny, he was desperately trying to get up against Prescott, wanted to carry on against Garcia and iced by a hulking drug cheat in Alvarez. Of course the Crawford fight was bad and he was just there for the payday but out of the 3 stoppages none were anything like the Price highlight reels where he is out of it, admittedly by bigger men but the Chisora stoppage was poor and in many ways showed a man with nothing left at anything above domestic level.

Uzzy Ahmed-it's rare for fighters so miniscule to get flatlined so brutally.

That entrance was from the Chris Edwards fight where he lost by UD.
