I like Lopez on this to unload his hard straight shots onto the slow advancing Gonzalez then get out of the way and land some more. Betulio would come on late and win afew rounds but mostly Lopez would be able to 'out box' him so to speak
I'll go with Gonzalez, based on how Lopez dealt with an overall lesser version of Betulio in Rosendo Alvarez. Close fight though, could go either way. I lean towards what you said about Lopez taking the earlier rounds, but I don't think he can keep Gonzalez of all night.
You know, i'm glad this came up, caught my attention. Betulio is a fighter i've recently read a lot about randomly over a couple of nights and got carried away. Hope to have a analysis in next few days.
I think Lopez has the skillset to win the fight boxing and dropping bombs, but it would come on points, by no means close to a shutout, he's troubled at times and shaken in my opinion.
lopez superb boxing skills win him the majority of the early rounds and he possibly shades enough of the closer mid to late rounds to win a ud after surviving a late scare
Lopez beat Canto? Fair enough. Didn't expect to see it go that way (regardless of the fact I picked Lopez)
Oh. For some reason I thought they met at the beginning of the tournament? Musta been another hypothetical that came around at a similar time, or I'm just mixing **** up coz I'm smashed
