    Sugar Ray Robinson for me, he had everything you want from a fighter, however like wise I believe Leonard is definitely up there.

    Not long ago, henry Armstrong was clear consensus #2, and Mickey walker, who is never mentioned any more, was in the mix.

    Obviously an exceptional boxer, smarter than smart was Leonard. Robinson just had more to his all round game.

    Hello. Yes. But I also see the fact that LEONARD was considered pfp the best by many experts for 50 years or so. Like Arcel said, Benny had to carry fighters or he would have no fights. Benny is the one who taught Tunney how to fight and defeat Greb. On an alternate note, am I the only one who thinks Dunphy was a horrendous announcer. I watch fights he broadcast, specifically Frazier-Ali fights all three and think he must be blind. He always seemed to be watching a different fight. Other fights I have with him are similarly bizaar. This dude was out there man. And the Leonard comment and others like it really make me question his intelligence.:)
