Shouldn't he beat someone... ANYONE... in the top 20 first? :huh Green's got a new interview up on boxing talk dot com, spouting off about how he only wants a title fight from here on out, accusing Taylor of being a coward, etc... here are a few highlights: I think he's one of the most delusional fighters out there at the moment. It's a pity really; I think if he was handled properly, and trained properly, he could be a force in the SMW division. But he's got some terrible habits in the ring, has made mistakes against weak opposition, and worst of all, he severely overestimates his own importance. In the past year he's dissed ESPN and priced himself out of a Pavlik fight. Stupid, stupid, stupid. :-(
This dude is full of ****. Why dont he fight anyone of note first before he gets a title shot. He has not beaten anyone worthy. How about just getting in the ring.
He's right.. SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETNESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS Allan GReeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen!!!! Trust me, Deleon Jr is in some deep **** and all the contenders better watch their backs.. Green is coming kill.
Every young fighters fights nobodies until they fight somebody and Allan green has done enough to get a title shot imo.... He's racked up some decent wins although it was uneventful, but he's ready... Many fighters get title shots even when they didnt deserve it.. What did Bradley do to deserve a shot at Witter??? even though he was a replacement...
Bradley was a personal case.He was suppose to fight a eliminator with Castillo when the latter didn't make weight and he became no 1 contender.Different situations.
Yea i know and i acknowledged that... But still there have been many cases where an undeserving young contender got a title shot... It's happened many times and u know it thunder.. I can't quite remember the names right now but it happens all the time...
True, but the titles don't mean much anyway as the division doesn't have a champion since Calzaghe.Just purely theoretical.
I don't have the energy to dispute this, especially given we are talking about a division where Carl Froch and Jean Pascal fought over the most prestigious of the alphabets.
I didn't mind him before, but wow, what an idiot. Ya, I'm sure considering Taylor's resume that he's scared to fight this sickly mother****er.
