Allegedly "Mondays announcement will shock the world"

To be fair it's shocked me a bit.

 

It's one of the least shocking shocking announcements ever.

 

Maybe they meant it will shock us that this was meant to shock us?

Should keep his microphone on when the ring card girls are doing their thing....

 

This is pretty bad. I thought it would be something like Haye has been signed and he'll fight Vitali or Calzaghe is back. It was tongue in cheek announcement. Football fans can't remember who Keys is and I've just asked 3 or 4 of them.

Keys isn't needed. These sort of jobs should stay to people who are in the boxing circle and have been for years - Dempsey, Bunce etc I'd rather fresh blood like Kerr instead. He lacks the ego. I know he is already on board so someone else like him would be good.

Keys is just there to put a familiar face but I don't think he is that familiar. Rosenthal is more familiar IMO.

 

i dont see why everyone bangs on about andy kerr he knows **** all about boxing and tries too hard he needs to relax a bit.

Frank did say in the video that it was an announcement about commentary, plenty of people on here chose to ignore that for some reason.

Rosenthal is on Boxnation. I'm not sure where Dempsey, Keys and Rosenthal fit in.

 

If this announcement had of been the signing of Andy Kerr, I would have been a lot happier overall. Even if it wouldn't have lived up to it's "shock the world" billing.

 

As long as the boxing they show is regular and top class i don't give a **** tbh..

 

I wasnt going to subscribe before, not even tempted to be honest, but if richard keys is going to be an occasional presenter...

 

I hope Gaz is alright. He doesn't need this type of excitement at his age.

 

I had to sit down for a few minutes when I heard the news but I'm OK now.
