Come to think of it Bro, I wouldn't blame the crackhead Uncle Rog for starting this old wives' folktale--that Melligen guy that trained with PBF could've been the real culprit. Melligen, who trained in his gym and sparred with Jr must have started the tale as he was also from Mindanao, the same Island where Pac came, where such tales of "superPEDs" :nut (aka"anting-anting") where abundant.

I can't help myself imagining this folktale came out while the trio (of Melligen, Uncle Rog, and Jr) were having some good ole pot session after a hard day's training regimen, and the usually silent Melligen got too talkative for his own good and got in the mood to telling some 'Lola Basyang' stories, to the credulous naivete and wide-eyed stupor of both Gayfeathers... :rofl

Never mind 'em Floyd-asskiss Bruh, they had long frozen their brain's capacity for objective analysis.

Green, as was with the naturally in-your-face Toney, speaks air-tight truth. In such cases, the only way to escape and critique is to raise ad hominems, ie. attack the (always imperfect) person. Lame argumentation for the intellectually-challenged. :good

Well put bro.......of course there are always going to be those who won't agree but I don't think they have peeled back the layers to this onion to really gain an accurate understanding to their stance on this particular situation.

I agree. I think both fighters are at fault here. I don't think either one wanted to fight the other. On the one hand, an argument can be made (and obviously has been made) that Floyd was just looking for an out. On the other hand, an argument can also be made that Pac, if he really wanted to fight, would've just took the damn tests. I couldn't imagine the Tommy Hearns, Marvin Haglers, and Sugar Rays of the past threatening to take legal action for libel, instead of just taking the test. Those guys would've taken the attitude of Okay I'll take the test to prove you wrong, and then I'll whip your ass in the ring even worse, just for accusing me of this ****. If Manny would've taken this attitude, he wouldn't come off as being intimidated, but also, he would've put the ball back in Mayweather's court. And this would've given the opportunity to see if Mayweather would look for yet another way out. At that point, more ppl would begin to believe that Mayweather was the one who didn't want the fight in the first place. I think they're both to blame. I reckon if Mayweather finds a way out of this Mosley fight, the boxing world will really frown on him and he'll end up being yesterday's news for good. He could end up being like the guy in the back row makin a lotta noise, but no one's payin attention anymore because the main show on stage has started.
