    My name is Phill Mitchell.

    I have browsed this forum for a long time and think it is the best place to talk about British Boxing so i signed up.

    Been into boxing for years, used to do a bit of amateur myself as it goes.

    Carl Froch is my favorite at the moment, all time probably Nigel Benn.

    yeah....i've had a dose of the shits for two days now, and theres a gig on tonight i want to go to with her indoors..i can't go in this awful physical state i find myself in.....what should i do ?
