im a big fan of almeechi, i would love to see him fight ryan rhodes, to probably many peoples suprise i beleive he is the best l/middle in the uk, he fought a 12rounder on his debut, and got a **** decision in that fight, takes a special boxer to do that, i also beleive he can make welter easy, but will fight anybody up to middle, i think he will show his class with colas, then it will be even harder for his promoter to get him fights. WERE DOES HE GO NEXT.:?:good
It will be a very good win for him, believe Colas has a decent ranking with EBU so he's a decent scalp in long term. Things are slowly picking up for Yas, hopefully he do the biz tomorrow.
Is he Yassine El Maachi's cousin?:hey On a serios note I think he is decent and I expect him to pick this win up and then get a decent ranking. Hopefully 2011 will be the year that he takes off. I seem to remember him saying 2010 would be so I hope this fight explodes him onto the scene!!!
Rhodes fight will never happen unless it is a world eliminator. Think the plan is to get him a 'world' title shot next year, Victory tomorrow will boost is ranking (Colas is Euro No.4) but I reckon he would need to beat at least 2 ranked fighters to get a shot I would imagine. Big fan of him and think it is a shame that a man with genuine ambition, who is willing to fight anyone can't get a break.
