Who else? Who else could go with a guy of that height with his experience and get a split decision? Not many guys could do as good as Tszyu. That's one of the most heroic performances ever put on by a man in those circumstances.

Tim Tszyu's a hero. A living legend. He'll be back and when he gets the belts back again, it's going to be very satisfying.

Just managed to find this and saw the last minute of the final round.

    The cut was bad.

The select highlights seemed to show tsyu getting the most of it early?

Need to watch the full fight but fair play to fundora.

There’s good losses and there’s bad losses.

This was a very good loss. Tim fought hindered against a 6.5” nightmare that no one would willingly step in the ring with (except for Tim) at 154.

He fought bravely and gutted it out and came up just short against this nightmare. He didn’t sook, cry or complain. He gave full credit to Fundora (who deserves full credit) and can walk out with his head held high.

The “no excuses” group are the first to bleet, moan and cry “robbery” when their heroes come up short. Their schadenfreude tonight is petty.

I remember when George Foreman was talking to someone on Twitter and they mentioned the Briggs robbery to him. Big George didn’t care and said “it’s just a game” which is spot on,

Too many on here align their entire identity on their heroes winning or losing a fight. ****ing grow up. It’s boxing!

Show me an undefeated fighter and It’ll show you a fighter who hasn’t tested himself.

This fight was a treat and I can’t wait for Tszyu-Fundora II. May the best man win!

Understandable. The man laughed at the decision as it was announced.

Foreman made absolute millions on his savvy, entrepreneurship, and industriality. Became a celebrity and a cultural icon, appearing in TV shows and cartoons. Through sacrifice redeemed himself as a pillar of his community, a family man, and a preacher. He remains a legacy fighter in boxing--the final descendant of the knockout artists in Archie Moore and Sandy Saddler (and the regaining of the title against Moorer can be considered his final tribute to them.)

The man had an hour long Q&A on the Oxford Union. I think he has moved past boxing a long time ago, and going out on a split-decision robbery loss is actually a fantastic closing to a career.
