    Lara is not Brook. Brook filled a stadium full of people in England. Lara could not sell out his grandfather's chicken farm in Cienfuegos.

    How is he supposed to fight Lara when HBO has said they won't put Lara back on their network? You fight on tv that is how you make money. Lara can get himself in a mandatory position if he wants to fight GGG. It is that simple.

    So if it's such and easy fight why not take it? Adding Lara to his record would help with credibility and dispel the 'myth' he doesn't deal well with moving targets. So why doesn't he fight him considering - apparently - everyone else has lost their pen?

    GGG needs to do more than talking. Make the man an offer and call his bluff, or shut up about people not wanting to fight you. Easy peasy!

    There's no reason to you, for GGG to be afraid of Lara, but at the end of it all, if they choose to fight Lara, they have to step in the ring and get it done! It's either take the risk and look bad, or stop talking! PERIOD...

    Had that fight happened anywhere else in the world were looking at less money all around. It had to be in the UK for it to be a success. Lara is with Haymon, I'm sure GGG would get a hefty payday for FINALLY stepping in the ring with Lara, so why not do it? The man wants the fight, give it to him.

    Don't talk about old ****. If GGG is going to fight Lara on WCB, HBO would approve that **** in a heartbeat!!! Don't kid yourself Prico!

    I am a GGG fan but even I think he should have dropped a few lb's to make the fight..

    I just meant there is zero reward in Lara. He doesn't bring anything to the table. Where as Brook brought the UK PPV

    Im a big lara fan but GGG knocks him out and problably much sooner than the late rounds. GGG is very good at cutting off the ring and definitely much better than Canelo. If canelo was able to get to lara in their fight with his mollassses feet GGG will definitely get to him.
    I agree with you completely when you mention GGG saying he doesnt want to fight lara becaue theres no real money in it and then and goes and fights Monroe Jr. The thing that hes really saying is sure monroe isnt a money fight either but he poses far less a risk for the same amount of money.

    You need to go and read the blog Fat Dan wrote where he explicitly stated that HBO brass told him Lara wasn't ever going to fight on their network again. The only way I could see it having a slight chance of happening is if Lara was a mandatory for GGG then they might show it. Otherwise it isn't going to happen.
