its all about the food more protein less carbs and fat its the mix of carbs and protein that will make you gain weight and drink plenty of water, water only makes you heavier for a short period unless you mix with carbs because each carb holds 3 grams of water

can you nowadays, **** i wont be surprised....:rofl but i can't work out in the mornings no more...my sitter don't show up till 8a.m. and by that time i gotta get ready for work... before my mom would show up at 6;30 giving me time to workout and still get ready....but my sister moved in with her :-( :| :twisted: and now she has to watch her kids for a bit in the morning..
