Do light to heavy cardio in the morning and olympic style lifts in the evening.

I am the exact dimensions you are looking to be and to be honest, i am a ****ing monster/beast, thanks to the articles at tnation.com and gymjones.com

its all about the food more protein less carbs and fat its the mix of carbs and protein that will make you gain weight

and drink plenty of water, water only makes you heavier for a short period unless you mix with carbs because each carb holds 3 grams of water

    Not true.

Two of the best setups to gain muscle mass are C40/P30/F30 or C33/P33/F33.

The main thing is tracking calories, which nobody seems to want to do.
