Yeah, he looks pretty bad in the first pic but this isn't exactly out of the ordinary. People would probably be shocked if they saw every weigh-in for every fight and did a before and after, lol.

I wonder how much he's gonna weigh tonight? That does look pretty excessive, at 33 your body ain't able to spring back as fast, but I guess (or hope) he knows what he's doing. Coming in a lb over at first weigh ain't good tho.

I've wavered a fair bit over this fight, but I'm leaning towards the Provo win by late TKO now. If it goes the distance we'll be seeing an Alvarado UD, however, I'm guessing.

the shame of it is, is that he`s not even very lean, if he`d spent more effort focussing on his diet he wouldnt have had to dehydrate so much.
he could have more muscle too and still make the weight..

I want Provodnikov to win but I think Alvarado will just box himself to a UD win.

 

Sheez, he looks like a cancer patient. These guys who do this to their
bodies aren't making sensible decisions. Looks like alvarado lost too much
weight too fast and he will not be completely rehydrated come fight time.
