    I'm not saying he doesn't, I hail out of Kansas so I have a bit of bias towards Rios. I want to see him get that shot, I don't think he can win but it makes for a entertaining fight. Both guys are coming off a loss so I don't think it matters much for who eared what. It's all about who can sell the fight, Rios is the bigger name and easier to sell.
