    Alvarado is no where being a good boxer but he is no caveman slugger either. He knows how to establish and work behind a jab. He knows how to make proper adjustments. Alvarado has enough boxing skills to give Rios problems, not much is needed.

    As long as Alvarado doesn't underestimate Rios at any time in this fight, I think he could get the win.

    Rios either has bad genetics or needs to change his training. He looks drained in the face yet soft in his physique. Strange. He always looks that way I guess though and usually performs decently.

    I gotta give it to Rios. His chin with the incredible ability to withstand heavy shots, won him the fight!

    Mike was doing the better boxing and working the better jab. I had Mike ahead, but each round was very close. Mikes chin was the one that didn't hold up.

    Great fight, now let me eat my crow.

    Rios chin Proved me wrong he took monster shots, I remeber this one uppercut Alvarado landed from midrange that shook the stadium when I was there Live... ****ing RIOS is a bad bad man. The Abril fight made me root against him but he has a way with the crowd and he was definitely the better man inside, mid range it was all alvarado who would land bombs with power that RIOS would just eat, then coming out to a nice corrido, the crowd went wild, If ARUM is smart he makes a quick rematch wit Mike before the APRIL 20 date of PACQUIAO/Marquez.
