It all comes down to sharp shooting and solid punching like RJJ proved in the LHWT Division for years. Your size does not play unless you come fightnight with a considerable weight advantage and power according to that extra weight. At the moment being, Rios is a sharper and more powerful puncher.

My money is on Alvarado. Bigger, stronger, and utilizes a better jab. Also Alvarado knows how to make proper adjustments like he demonstated against Prescott. Rios idea of making adjustments is by increasing his punch output and applying more pressure. I think Alvarado will KO Rios, but anythinig can happen in this war to be honest Rios has turned fights in his favor with one shot.

 

Alvarado takes this.. Hes the better fighter.. This will be ****ing awesome while it lasts and I cant wait for Rios to get KTFO!

 

Alvarado has all three, b, plus the heart of a lion.

 

There both the same size. Alvarado maybe has a couple of inches of height on Rios but its irrelevant because he does'nt and wont use it

idk Alvardo is a big strong guy. He weighed 157 against Prescott and was a former wrestler. I think the difference here though will be Rios's skill level. I think he's just a better in fighter than Alvarado. Idk if he's more durable, but if he makes 140 comfortably, then I think he'll be fine.

People need to watch more of Rios before the Murray and Abril fights when he was making 135 without too much trouble
