Last week I called Rigondeaux by decision but I don't feel the assumed slicker boxer in this fight Trout will win, anyone else see Alvarez by decision or do they think its more likely tko by alvarez and if it goes the distance trout? I still think Alvarez by points.
Unlikely bar a dodgy decision imo. Trout has the footwork and punch variety to make Canelo look pretty stationary. If he can legitimately outbox Trout for long spells, I'll be surprised and admit to have seriously underrated Canelo.
It might... there's a good chance Trout survives the full 12. :!: Seriously I believe this fight is going to be very close, with Soulless Saul pushing to close the show late in the fight when he's not certain the scorecards will go his way.
Alvarez has deceptively good timing and precision. He has very underrated boxing skills. Very impressive how calm and collected he is under fire and how much time he seems to have when choosing his shots. Alvarez is underrated, people!!:deal
you have to realise, for trout to win a decision he has to win more than 8 rounds, i dont think he is going to do that Alvarez on points
Seriously? The guy hasn't stopped a serious opponent in years... Or actually even stopped a serious opponent in his entire career :!:
yes. trout has serious body punches. he also has a lot of motivation to go for the stoppage. it's his time to shine and also to avoid being robbed in the scorecards.
