It's pretty good in combinations. But I'd agree with the poster above. It's his timing and technique which allow for him to throw quick compact punches together well. He's not blindingly fast. He can snipe out one shot real fast too, probably more impressively than he throws combinations.
His hands seem to be getting faster with each match give him a few years more and he'll be Meldrick Taylor level
yeah, these were pretty much my thoughts as well. I noticed when he fought Shane he seemed to have a quick jab that was well timed... Also had a lot of power too. Would be a good weapon against any opponent IMO. However I don't see him as the type of guy who will ever be able to walk up to world class fighters and just open up with hooks/right hands all the time. Not that kind of speed, but seems to have speed.
Yeah, i agree with what's been said. He has very deceptive handspeed, great timing and he is very accurate and short with his shots which makes them seem quicker when you're actually in there with him than they would be to an outsider. He's very crisp with his combinations aswell, he loads up and doesn't rush them but he places them extremely well and every shot is intended to land in a specific place.
best asset, in lots of his fights his punches usually get there first and guys are afraid to open up because their 1 gets them 3 in return i think his hands are very fast and i think it makes him interesting vs the big dogs
his hand speed is very good not Mayweather or ray leonard or Pacquiao like but good! what I like about the kids hand speed is its not just throwing shots to score he sets up shots using combination punching in other words if he is looking to land something hard down stairs or upstairs he sets it up with the final shot usually being the one that has the most heat on it. the kid is well rounded, hasnt fought a real stiff test yet but I have all the confidence in the world that when he does he will perform
