Make him sweat it off, if he still can't make weight accept a bit more money and face a slightly more drained opponent. lovely jubbly.

  3. alvarez`s camp knew of this days ago

i suspect the attempts to lose the 2pounds in question were already tried pre weigh-in and if so theres no way he`ll get the weight off within the next 2-3 hours (unless he consumed a vindaloo an hour or so ago in which case his arsehole will look like the flag of japan right about now)

Canelo weigh's in at 151.4 (Lost 0.4). The fight is on. Alvarez is paying Hatton a little $$$ to fight on.

Given that Canelo could have weighed 154 at least he isn't taking the ****.

this is a ****in farce, skipping weight off for a title fight that you are 2lbs within the limit for anyway. should of told hatton to get ****ed, if he wants the LIGHT MIDDLEWEIGHT title... fight at the LIGHT MIDDLEWEIGHT limit!

the hattons continue to make a mockery of titles, it was a pisstake when he was euro champ the duffs they were feeding him!

    :huh

the contact states 150. so how is he not taking the ****? christ his team were trying to get it shifted to 154 and even had an earlier weigh in time to give Alvarez more time to re-hydrate.

So, imo, he and his team for that matter, have taken the **** and the same goes for Oscar and the WBC

They were contracted to fight at 150lbs before the title became involved, so the Hatton camp have every right to complain about Alvarez not making the weight. Even though he hasn't, they've still allowed the fight to go on. And Matthew had one easy defence of his Euro title, that's it.

yeh they did have an agreement, but once the title was on the line that catchweight should of bin scrapped.

and the defence of the euro title when he got dropped... that guy only had one hand he was ****. and his last opponent should never have even been in that ring

So you're saying Yuriy Nuzhnenko, former 'world' title challenger, WBA interim champion and mandatory challenger to Hatton's Euro title was a "duff they were feeding him"?

    no it shouldn't.

the contract is legal and binding, just because the most corrupt ABC in the sport comes along and offers their shitty belt after Pacquiao vacates and not giving it to the two main guys that actually deserve to fight for it.

as it is, everything has been put in favour of Alvarez from the very start.
