With those odds I would feel good about Abraham winning by KO. I would even put money in between rounds 2-4.

I forgot that Taylor dropped Froch in the 3rd round and he did seem to get shaky legs vs. Direll. If you're going to bet on him getting KO'd in any fight it's either this one or a Bute fight. I definitely think Froch is getting dropped but can he be completely KO'd is the question, this could be a good bet and is no way a bad bet.

    Very true.

I think it's either Abraham by KO or Froch by decision. Abraham is easily one of the hardest punchers in the sport today so Froch really needs to box well and stay out of trouble.

Yes even if he loses or does not KO Froch I know I put my money in right.
Also it most not be forgotten that you get extra points in this tourney for a KO so both will be going for a knockout which plays into AA's hand better.

I believe this happened in the Williams Martinez fight. Not based on extra points but Williams seemed like he was swinging for the fences and the Manny/Floyd sweepstakes was on his mind and you can lose focus when you go for a KO. The man with the better defense wins.
AA is more accustomed and comfortable fighting to watch his opponent and KO him later. That is his thing.

I think Froch knows his limitations from his last few fights, and will go the safe route through a more defensive strategy against Abraham. I personally believe the only fighter's that give Froch problems are the fast slick boxer's...

If I was in the betting mood the past weekend I would've lost a lot of money since I predicted that Martinez-Williams goes past 9,5 one way or another. While out of the 4.1 possible outcomes I say AA by KO has the biggest chance of happening, it's still about 30% and I consider this fight too risky to bet on anyway. Remember that both are coming from a pretty tough fight, both suffered their first loss the last time around, plus it was postponed and you never know who was distracted more by it. With that said, fight finishing inside the distance either way sounds a rather safe bet, but you never know. It's the kind of month when anything can happen and does happen.

This is exactly what Froch will do. He was a decent amateur and i reckon he will try to box AA. Surely he's not stupid enough to go to war?

This is what i think will happen, the first few rounds will be very cagey actually, both men respecting each others power. I think the 1st time either of them lands a big shot on the other, then the gameplan just goes out the window and it will be a war and i still don't know who comes out on top. Abraham said in a recent interview that he will be far more active and start faster, i think thats a mistake on his part. If he rushes at Froch he could end up taking a big 1 also, i don't think he has taken a shot yet from a big super middleweight yet.

You are not crazy, betting on this fight is far easier than was Williams-Martinez. AA is still a favorite, i think he will TKO Froch or UD

Froch can box better than everyone has seen him do in his last few fights.

hes got a bit sloppy with everything and his balance and defense has been worse due to warring it up too much.

he will respect abrahams power and use the jab, work the body to open the shell of A.A. up and move side to side avoiding any big shots from abraham.

And froch aint fast, but hes faster and more active than abraham!.

people dont seem fussed about frochs power and if abrahams chin can take a shot well enough.

cover yourself with bets on Abraham (to win) and Froch to win by decision.

I don't see Froch KOing Abraham.

Abraham seems to me to be unknockoutable. But then again I thought that about Margarito pre-Mosely.

I have suspected the same as well.

The big problem for Froch here is that Abraham throws very precise long range punches. Froch likes to come in with his guard down looking to roll with punches. He could possibly roll with punches when Abraham telegraphs but the counters will land hard and flush. The way Dirrell hurt Froch? I suspect it'll only take one or two from Abraham.
