He looked great. Very youthful and displayed a lot more power than I thought he would. He was able to isolate all of Algieri's advantages, his reach, jab, height, everything. He also cut off the ring well against the most mobile opponent in his life.

Finally, on your remarks of the right hands. Pacquiao did NOT CARE TO BE HURT. Algieri had ZERO power, so Pacquiao was able to go in and bully him basically. It's like those ridiculous folk that are now saying Golovkin has no defense because of the way he let Murray hit him.

No. They both have defense. It's just, Pacquiao was willing to take risks and take Algieri's punches to land his own because he knew Algieri couldn't hurt him. Same with Golovkin. He let Murray hit him, so he could open Murray up to land big shots of his own.

All in all, yes. You're probably part of the very few majority who thinks Pacquiao looked bad.
