Liston 15. Walcott 16. Charles 17. Tunney 18. Jeffries 19. Baer 20. Sharkey / Patterson (Tie) Holler back at me....... MR.BILLhat
Bowe shouldn't be on that list, IMO. I would have Lennox ahead of Foreman. Patterson a little bit higher. Though Wlad is a bit of a stretch for 13 even though I like him.
Klitschkos shouldn't be rated in such lists until their times up, we can't really say as of right now, but I do believe Wladimir will end up top 10, Vitali just missing out. Lewis clearly should be ahead of Foreman.
I felt the need to place Bowe in there somewhere...... Yeah, he is a bum nowadays and, his career ended ugly with Golota in '96, but his best yrs of 1991 to 1993 were very good....... Bowe in 1992 was capable of holding his own in any era dating back to 1887......... MR.BILL
Bowe and Frazier tied? ...Immensely out of order. Vitali in there? For what, his wins over Peter? Arreola? You tell me.
I have: 1. Ali 2. Louis 3. Holmes 4. Johnson 5. Lewis 6. Marciano 7. Holyfield 8. Tyson 9. Foreman 10. Frazier
Bowe deserves it, Holyfield too high, he should be right behind Bowe, and Tyson is too low, ATG list is ranking them at there primes right? Tyson's Prime can't get any higher, but if your judging on overall career, then I guess I could agree.
An ATG list in my estimation should be ranking fighters according to the following criteria: Resume (50%), Ability (20%), Dominance (20%), and Longevity (10%). On that basis, the notion that Bowe should be higher than Holyfield is beyond ludicrous.
Props to the greatest left hooker of all time. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9yATYM20Gl8[/ame] Also the winner of the FOTC. ATG bound in my book, without a doubt.
