I misinterpreted your earlier comment and that was my mistake. I apologize for that. I'm really not usually a mug like that.

I'd be interested to see you rank those top 10 wins of each from the 90s into a top 20 combined list in order. I just tried it and I have to admit that after doing that and forcing myself to be objective it was much, much closer than I initially thought.

Both are ATGs with lists full of very good HWs

Man how I miss the late 90's - early 00s HW era.
There were Holy, Lewis, Tyson, and young HWs like Klitschkos, Byrd, Tua, Ibeabuchi.

Even 2nd tier fighters like Grant, Izon, Savarese, Maskaev, Botha vere exciting and popular, HW matches were on TV every week.

No... Holy's win over Bowe is the best win on either man's resume during the 90s.

Interesting. We ranked them veryyy differently.

Out of interest, why no Holy I? Honoring the official result? I thought Lennox won that much more one sidedly than he did the 2nd fight.

    No... they are lineal theories.

You said 90s Foreman would have KO'd half the guys on Lennox's 90s top 10. I gave you real results from what happened with all the guys he actually fought from Lennox and Holy's top 10.

    Post yours.

Yes, because I would than have to include Moorer I as a win for Evander since he was robbed and a judge admitted to a scoring mistake.

Eh, I can't agree with that at all. Moorer/Holy I was a good fight but I thought Moorer won 8-4, maybe 7-5 if I'm generous to Holy. Lennox/Holy I was probably the single worst robbery I've witnessed in my lifetime. I know punch stats aren't infallible by any means but here were the compubox numbers for Moorer/Holy I and Lennox/Holy I

    Moorer: 262 of 558 punches (47%)
    Holy: 159 of 529 (30%)

    Lennox: 348 of 613 punches (57 percent)
    Holy:130 of 385 (34 percent)

I would favor that version of Foreman over

    Ruddock
    Golata
    Tucker
    Rahman
    Bruno

After doing this exercise I'll never again say it's "clear" or "obvious" or anything of the like that Lennox was the HW of the 90s.

Both have 5 in the top 10 and 4 of the top 8 on my list. Holy is more stacked at the top with 4 of the top 6 on my list. But the 5 losses for Holy (including two H2H) compared to 1 loss for Lennox tip it in his favor for me.

We were a long way apart on Stewart, Cooper, Douglas, and Moorer

Thanks for indulging me on this and sorry again for being a bit of a munter earlier :good
