Am I the only one exited for Maidana vs Alexander?

    There was an earlier thread on here about Maidana vs Alexander but no one seemed too enthused. Maidana is my favorite fighter out currently and win lose or draw he's always exiting, I am aware it is at 147 and its a ten rounder in devons home town but im psyched for this fight, classic match up between the strong stalking aggressive latino fighter, against the slick/speedy african american fighter it may not be jcc vs taylor but I think it has the potential to make a great fight...what do you guys think?

    Marcos Maidana?

    it's gonna be a good fight..

    All 10 rounds unless Alexander gets KO/TKO'd (which is likely)

    No its a great fight and ill be rooting for maidana all the way but i think Alexander will win this.

    Maidana is exciting while Alexander is somewhat boring. Not sure how this fight gonna play out.

    Since no Berto vs Ortiz... Maidana vs Alexander is the only good fight this month im looking forward to.

    Has anyone from Argentina ever came out alive in St. Louis.

    Not really excited since its an Alexander fight. However, Alexander showed a lot of heart after being knocked down in his earlier fight.

    Why does it always have to be in Alexander's hometown though, that's like the only place where he can win.

    alexander will win a close but clear cut decision.

    idk why all these ppl think maidanas gonna knock him out. alexander showed a lot of heart in the mattysse fight (even though i thought he lost.) hes never really showed himself to be very chinny.

    After Ortiz and Cayo, I was really excited about Maidana...The Morales fight made me reconsider...Parallels can be drawn with Margarito. He can be very exciting....if matched correctly.

    Maidana is my 2nd favorite active fighter after Marquez, i hope he KOs alexander, but its high risk fight for him. 10 rds and at St Louis. he needs to apply pressure since round one and cut the ring off... not give any room for Alexander to box him.

    Maidana late stoppage im hoping for.
