I have not watched this fight in a while...I don't think it was as one sided as everyone seems to like to remember it, but Hamed clearly lost.

I think he has a point, Hamed clearly landed the harder shots and MAB desereved a two point deduction for fouls.

Hamed certainly lost. but he didn't get completely outclassed like everyone seems to remember. it was a semi-close fight but not a shred of doubt who won at least not for me. Hamed just faught....weird in that fight even for him. his jab looked like ....i don't know it was just a weird fight. he shoulda stuck with the trainer who made him.

How do you couple the phrase "I don't think it was one sided as everyone seems to like to remember it" with the expression "Hamed clearly lost."

Barrera-Morales III was a close fight, but Barrera won his rounds big, while Morales scraped his rounds.

Barrera just plain kicked Hamed's ass. You don't squash the opponents head into the turnbuckle and shout "who's your daddy" unless you know you are schooling the ****er, which Barrera was doing.

it was a clear MAB win but quite possibly the most overrated "schooling" of all time.

    naz certainly took a few.

    It's quite simple really.
People seem to remember this fight as if Barrera stomped Hammed, nearly killed him... for 12 rounds.

But, the fight was not that one sided. Hmaed landed some shots, He was never badly hurt, he even won some rounds. Hence, not as one sided as people like to recall.

Hamed did not do enough to win a majority of rounds... hence, he clearly lost.

So the two concepts are coupleable :deal

You spelt Hamed wrong in the first paragraph, and the second one, but you got it right in the third:good

And the fact that you said "he even won some rounds" sounds like a cop-out. I'm not saying it was 12-0 on rounds but it was a proper schooling; Barrera made Hamed look like an amateur in there that night.

Yes, Hamed was absolutely brilliant. The way he almost effortlessly protected his body by tricking Barrera to hit him in the face was amazing. The idea was to wear down Barrera'a fists by offering his face as a target and He was brilliant also at using the wind velocity of his missed punches to wear down MAB.
