IMO Pac in no way dominates PBF!! Not to say he cant win the fight as i think he can, but i think domination is the wrong word. I think PBF COULD dominate Pac and make him look pretty amateur ie making him miss and countering all night long (and win via a wide UD).

Yeah but it wouldn't be near that excited as what Mosley did against Tony. Floyd is efective but boring and Pac isn't as easy to hit as Tony. I still see Floyd winning but it will be hard fought, he will be troubled and caught by Pac's punch output. This won't be a picknick for both...

i cant wait for pac to show how overrated floyd is at this moment. Check pac throwing fast combinations on clottey i dont see floyd having the d to stop that, honestly know one has. people are getting a bit carried away with floyds last performance against a natural featherweight, imagine pac in there with that marquez he would have looked like the GOAT. Pac will overrun floyd, people still underrestimate pacs gifts with speed, power, stamina and heart that their will overcome anythinbg in the ring.

Pac's output will drop dramatily because he is such a combo puncher.

Floyd will not allow him to throw as many combos as you may think....

Floyd is bigger and longer therefore he doesnt have to stay in Pac's rang but yet stay in his range well we know how effective his potshots are...Floyd can and will fire first before Pac does because Pac will have to launch in from a further distance with a fighter who has just as good speed and reflexes to punish him as he comes in and get out the way of any combos...OR the tie-up...classic move to cut down the pace and anyones punch stats.

However i still think Pac can and will trouble Floyd even without having a big workrate because pac too is very talented and extremely fast.

I have absolutely NO IDEA or CLUE whatsoever how so many Pacfans and even casual fans can completely discard and ignore how badly JMM was able to outbox and counter Pac in both of those fights.......then realized that Floyd does everything better then JMM, while being bigger, stronger, faster and better endurance......then use logical reasoning to figure Floyd would also outbox and counter the hell out of Pac all night long. :deal

And look what Mayweather brings to the table. A great right hand, which Manny struggles with - see Larios or Marquez II - and of which has been absent since his move up from 130. In fact, look at the Clottey fight. Clottey tagged him at will at times with his right hand, Mayweather would barely miss.

He also has an excellent all-round defence, be it him relying on his lateral movement, reflexes or defensive guard, that would stop Pacquiao from throwing leather - see the amount of times that guy with a high punch-output fights a master of the defensive art, his output drops, Calzaghe v Hopkins as one example.

He also has a reach advantage, excellent range control, a good chin, and can match Pacquiao in terms of speed of both hand and foot. He is also a better technician and can fight at all ranges.

I'm not saying this leads to Mayweather dominating, the point is that both fighters have intangibles to trouble the other. No fighter 'dominates' in this one.

You are probably the only one, because to me the consensus is Mayweather W 12. That is my pick anyway. There are so many obsessed Pacman fans on this site that you may actually have some company with your insane thought that Pacquiao would dominate Floyd. There isn't enough HGH in the world for Manny to dominate Floyd. I say that half joking, because I only half believe that Pac is clean anymore. If they do fight, I will be rooting for Pacquiao.

Could he beat Mayweather....Yes.....would he doiminate him?????Hihgly unlikely considering his struggles with counterpunching and seeing that Mayweather is the best technical fighter in the game dominating him isnt likely

styles makes fights and marquez is a different fighter to floyd. you have to also ad to the fact that pac has improved since marquez. Marquez stands his ground and is a counterpuncher that wasn't afraid to fight pac, floyd is totally diffrent and his punch output and cautious style will be his downfall.

neither man will "dominate" the other, not when you're talking about 2 fighters at this level. pac may win, but it wont be easy. especailly when you conside rhe would be facing the most accurate counter puncher in the game, and marquez counter punching gave pac hell twice. further more, pac has enjoyed most succes when fighters come at him, ie dlh, cotto, hatton. mayweather is the opposite of that, and pac has never faced a true defensive slick fighter. how exactly will he deal with that? bottom line, both men will present quite a number of problems for the other. pac-mayweather, if and when it happens, may end up having to be a trilogy, to really find out who the better man is.
