Am I the only one who thinks Williams/Martinez 3 should happen?

I am not convinced by a flash KO that Martinez>Williams. Theyre both sort of out of fighters after Williams/Lara, I think if he gets past Lara Williams/Martinez 3 should happen. The first 2 fights were entertaining, so why not?

It should happen. I am still not fully convinced that Martinez is a better fighter than Williams in the same way that I was not convinced that Tarver was better than Jones before their 3rd match.

After Lara, Williams should beat either Cotto/Alvarez's ass then rematch Martinez.

When he beats Lara, that will be the most legit fight available. Bob Arum isn't going to allow Martinez/Chavez to happen.

Lately yes since martinez has no other opponent at middleweight. I would like to see him fight pavlik but he wants the money fight vs floyd or pac.

i don't think it would be a wise career move for either fighter.

Id say the way Williams lost makes it pointless at the moment. Lets see how he performs in his next fight and maybe then.
I would love to see a third fight.

i just think SM has the confidence and know how to always beat PW now. Even think PW will be to worry of that punch that floored him:yep

Hopefully he has worked on his defense and head movement.

As good as the first fight was, I think the first round of the 2nd fight was better than any one round of the first.

If Williams didn't get KO'd, for sure that would have been the fight of the year.

Whats the point Martinez beat him "twice."

Besides why didnt Williams give Quintana his rubbermatch?

why a Pavlik rematch? Williams vs Martinez 1 was more competitive than Martinez vs Pavlik was..

I would love to see a rubber match if Williams gets by Lara which I think he will

I don't really want to see them fight for a third time, to be honest.
