   I believe Ruiz's handlers know exactly how bad he looked and now with this long layoff it isn't logical to assume that he's improved which is why he wants Fort Knox to fight anyone else. He's like an old tomato left on the vine beginning to grow soft and rot. A nudge will cause it to fall to the ground and go splat.
