If you want a legit answer, Ruiz is currently mandated by a certain organization (you guess which) to face the winner of an up and coming HW fight between Valuev and Chagaev.

Hell, Ruiz could win against Aerreola. I don't think it'd be the beat down we'd want it to be... IT JUST WON'T DIE

 

God, I could really see Ruiz tying up and frustrating the hell out of Arreola until his conditioning failed and Ruiz cruised the last few rounds for a points victory.
