Am I the only person here who thinks Mayweather beat Castillo in their first fight?

Initially called it 113-113 (taking into account the fact that both received point deductions). But one of the rounds that initially scored to Castillo now swings to Mayweather, and that makes it 114-112. I think the fact that the scorecards were a bit one-sided contributed more to the impression that it was a whole-sale robbery when in truth it was a close fight where arguments of 7-5 could be made for either fighter.

Second fight was also pretty close, but Mayweather gave the impression of dominating because he was moving more and limiting Castillo's ability to connect with the body as a result. But Castillo's jab was still pretty effective in the second fight, much as it was in the later rounds of the first contest and that allowed him to bank enough rounds to make it reasonably tight on my card.

Giving the fight to Castillo involves being impressed with his activity and good bodywork. And since Bradley made his fight with Pac close through..you guessed it...workrate and bodywork...it would be pretty easy for someone to draw an analogy between those two fights. :D

I thought it was a close fight. Close enough that it shouldn't be called a robbery. Any outcome wouldn't have surprised me.

I scored it for Mayweather by 2 rounds.Castillo worked very hard but struggled to land significant punches where as Floyd's counters were accurate.
