    Díaz is approaching cautiously, then shelling up as Paul slams in a siege-breaking right hook. Díaz falls atop him after eating a shot, and is pried off with uppercuts. Díaz spanking Paul on the side and lower backside with a loose right hook. Very little crispness on Díaz's shots. Paul jabs him in the nose and Díaz takes a step back to blow a bloody snot rocket and shoegaze for a moment. They close in and trade sloppy body shots. Díaz manages to plant a left uppercut on the chin during a flurry as Paul lingered overlong in the pocket. Díaz throws a bunch of shots and makes Paul clinch and then duck away.

    10-9 Paul, close because of Díaz's work rate and that one solid punch he got in late.
