    Maybe so, but a long list of heavyweight fighters would disagree. A real potent back hand punch transfers your entire weight. 50 extra pounds on that punch is not negligible. If that extra weight doesn't cost you energy drain like muscles do - some fighters will find that useful. Andy Ruiz on a certain night, for example.
