Im a bit obsessive with it too. Feel bad if i miss training. Doin sprints and hill runs on non training days, on the kettleballs too. Hard work!!!! Figure itl stand me in good stead though. :bbb
Guess rules are rules. I'd be happy havin a fight every 4-5 months in the masters division when im 34 though. Even if i had to travel, itd add to the buzz. Away days!!!
