Hey everyone, I really want to get started with boxing, not to compete I wish to learn the skills and techniques but ultimately for the strength and conditioning. So I ask can anyone recommend some good, traditional and not too expensive boxing gyms in West London ?? Anyone know anything about Northolt ABC ?? Heard its good for conditioning...
