I use recovery xs, i only use it for recovery, the training motivation is the best thing you can get to boost performance in my opinion. I'm wondering what supplements are illegal in amateur boxing. Like is l-arginine supplements ileagle? Or nitric oxide? I'm just wondering.
Lol.....since they don't test, I suppose PEDs, crystal meth, deer antlers, **** drinking are pretty safe. Wall sits and Rock-Jaw are another matter entirely. They may not be easily detected, but the dramatic performance increases would be rather obvious. I wouldn't risk it.
Good advice lads. And of course wall sits must not under any circumstances be used in conjunction with any banned substances. The risk of spontaneous human combustion is not worth taking just to win a boxing match.
