Amateur boxing supplements

    I use recovery xs, i only use it for recovery, the training motivation is the best thing you can get to boost performance in my opinion. I train twice a day though so recovery can be a problem... do not know loads about nutrition, but from what i gathered this gives you enoug carbohydrates and protein to make you recover quickly and be ready to go again

    I'm just wondering what they test for in amateur boxing? Are Supplements like l-arginine legal?

    I'm wondering what supplements are illegal in amateur boxing. Like is l-arginine supplements ileagle? Or nitric oxide? I'm just wondering.

    Lol.....since they don't test, I suppose PEDs, crystal meth, deer antlers, **** drinking are pretty safe.

    Wall sits and Rock-Jaw are another matter entirely. They may not be easily detected, but the dramatic performance increases would be rather obvious. I wouldn't risk it.

    I agree, you are definitely safer with PEDS than wall sits or rockjaw... 100% u should take peds

    Good advice lads. And of course wall sits must not under any circumstances be used in conjunction with any banned substances. The risk of spontaneous human combustion is not worth taking just to win a boxing match.
