    Here are the championship rounds from the recent PAUL MURPHY AMATEUR BOXING TOURNAMENT. (Novice-152 lb.) I Welcome all criticisms, i am the one with the flag colored headgear. I also make music (rap) and added some of my songs as the background music, so if you don't want to hear go ahead and mute the video, you've been warned! Enjoy!!

    You good bro. How many fights you got so far? Enjoyed when you exposed your opponents glass chin at about the 1 minute mark...

    Work on delivering combination punches in sparring, you had a lot of good shots but most of them just glanced.
    You seem to got the conditioning down so far, just need to train your technical skills more.

    You wind up your punches, when they need to come more from your feet than from swinging your arms. When you wing the left hand, your right glove is down by your hip and your chin is right out front and up in the air. When you throw your right hand, you step forward with your right foot and get completely square. Watch the first round of froch/Groves I to see what that lead to.
