    thats because all the best featherweights are now opting to be waterboys for the nfl!

    Amateur experience can tell you a lot about a fighter. If he has a lot of stoppage wins or losses as an amateur that trend is probably going to increase in the professional sport. Was he completely outboxed by amateur opponents whom he is going to have to fight in the professional side of boxing? IMO amateur records can be more telling than professional records because amateur fights are much more difficult to stack in one fighter's favor; it happens, but the ability to compete against a field of predesignated losers, like a professional usual does, he usually has to be in against real competition.

    Adonis Stevenson was 30-5 in amateur and was a complete beast, 2 of these 5 losses were against jean pascal
